Marcia has led an impressive career as an Agricultural Insurance Specialist and Marketing Strategist for over a decade whilst working in different corporates within the insurance and agriculture industries. In 2012 she decided to explore the world of business and has never looked back.

Serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Donga, a holding company for group of 5 companies - She added Kuwala Financial Services as the 3rd of 5 in an effort to create a unique value proposition to these industries and markets. Marcia plays a major role in crafting strategies; implementation plans and operating models for the group. Her continuous commitment to absolute professionalism and great customer service has shaped Donga Group of companies to what it is today.

She boasts solid technical knowledge with high emphasis on customer service and retention. With her ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, company sustainability is some of the valuable contributions she possesses. In the past years, she has held multiple senior positions in corporate environments and sits on several boards within these two industries.
